I’m writing about something Ive been interested in for sometime, i have  been studying body building for sometime. As a child I have always enjoyed been involved in sports, my farther and brother are always doing something which involves sports, i suppose that were i get it from.

They are very active and always encourage me to go with them, this includes tennis, running, badminton and swimming and going to the gym which is something i liked the most.

Body building is a form of art, it involves sculpturing your body to the way you want it to look, and understanding the food which is good foods and bad foods. The body is amazing understanding all the muscle group within our bodies what they are used for and how to develop them.

The body requires protein and carbohydrates to develop, these are one of the most important factors within body building, and the training how to do the exercises correctly.

The gym my farther gos to is owed by the current UK Mr universe in his  weight class, and is full of really big men with muscle, some of the are two big not for me.

I like talking to the owner of the gym, he give me guidance on the best way to start my training, and tell me how he started his career in body building.

body building was first started in the Germany 1900s, by a man call Eugene Sandow his promoted weight training, they called him the farther. It didn’t become popular until the 1950s-60, when Arnald Schwarzeneggerbecome Mr universe.

Then there not looking back it spread across the world, and people everywhere started doing it. In America the movie stars started to perfect there bodies, and even created new programs which included muscular men, like the incredible Hulk

I cant wait to start training properly to build my own body and, and putting what i have learnt to use, this will be great mixing with all the people with the gym getting their ideas too, and being part of something I enjoy doing

Learning Your Body TypeIMG 1808 225x300 Home

It is important to stick with the fundamentals until you see how your particular body type responds to training.Different body types respond very differently to training, and what works for one type will not necessarily work for another. One method of categorizing body types recognizes three fundamentally different physic types called “sammtotypes”.The ectomorph characterized by a short upper body, long arms and legs, long narrow feet and hands, and very little fat storage, narrow in the chest and shoulders, with generally long, thin muscles. The mesomorph: large chest, large torso, solid muscle structutre and great strength.of course there is no one that is just one of these types but rather a combination of all 3 of the types. This system of classification recognizes a total of eighty-eight subcatergries, which is arrived at by examining the level of dominance of each basic category on a scale of 1 to 7.For example someone whose body characteristics were scored as ectomorphic (2),mesomorph (6) and endomorphic (5) would be an endo-mesomorphic, basically a well muscled jock type but inclined to carry a big portion fat on them.Any body type can be developed by proper training and nutrition, but individuals with different body types will find it necessary to initially approach there training with different objectives, even though they may share the same long-term goals.
